Breaking with tradition, DEWOPP’ DW-1070 features an optimized formulation and advanced nano-dispersion technology. Compared to traditional titanium dioxide of equivalent quality, it delivers identical performance at the same addition rate, yet reduces costs by over 20%.

Nano-dispersion Technology

Overcoming the agglomeration bottleneck of traditional titanium dioxide, the particle size of the titanium dioxide and other powders is precisely controlled at 0.15–0.5 µm (close to half the wavelength of visible light). By uniformly dispersing these particles within the PE resin carrier, light scattering efficiency is maximized, ensuring high opacity, gloss, and stability. Furthermore, an extremely low residue of coarse particles eliminates screen clogging and surface defects, significantly boosting processing efficiency and product yield.

Unmatched Optical Performance

DW-1070 features exceptionally high tinting strength and opacity. Compared to conventional titanium dioxide of equivalent quality, finished products incorporating DW-1070 exhibit slightly higher whiteness and hiding power at identical dosage levels. Benchmarked against the rutile reference sample TiO2(616S), DW-1070 delivers higher brightness (L), a cleaner bluer undertone (b), and a more neutral a-coordinate — a combination that is highly desirable for white plastic products requiring premium aesthetics.

Outstanding Weather Resistance

In outdoor environments, plastic products incorporating our additive effectively absorb and reflect UV radiation, offering excellent resistance against the degradation of color, gloss, and other properties. This significantly delays aging, discoloration, and performance decline, thereby extending outdoor service life. As demonstrated in comparative testing, PVC outdoor door and window components formulated with our product exhibit even smaller color shifts.

Optimized Processability

At the same high loading concentration, DW-1070 causes a significantly smaller reduction in the resin’s melt flow index (MFI) compared to conventional titanium dioxide of equivalent quality, thereby minimizing the impact on melt flowability. Furthermore, compounding time is shortened, and viscosity drops substantially at high shear rates, which ultimately boosts processing efficiency and finished product uniformity.

This product complies with international environmental and food contact regulatory requirements, including EU REACH, FDA food contact material standards, and international toy safety standards (such as EN71 and ASTM F963).
