Core applications
High TiO2 content for non-print applications.
DW1085 is the preferred model when the process does not require printing and the application is driven by whiteness and effective TiO2 input.
Injection molding
The priority promotion direction for white injection-molded products where appearance is the main requirement.
Extrusion · ABS · PS
For extrusion and common ABS or PS applications after compatibility and finished-part evaluation.
Non-print film
For film applications without downstream printing requirements, subject to process validation.
Choose DW1085 when
Whiteness and high TiO2 content lead the decision.
- The application is injection molding, extrusion, ABS or PS.
- The film or molded part has no printing requirement.
- The project is evaluated on effective TiO2 input and application performance.
Selection boundary
Not for every film or material system.
- Not recommended when printing or heat-seal performance is required.
- Not intended for biodegradable material systems.
- Final addition level and economics must be verified in the customer’s actual formulation.
