Core applications

Designed around demanding blown film.

DW1070 is the preferred starting point when film performance involves printing, sealing or lamination.

01

Printed film

For blown-film products where the surface must remain suitable for downstream printing.

02

Heat-seal & laminated film

For higher-end film structures where printability and sealing performance are part of the selection criteria.

03

White packaging film

For bags and protective or packaging films requiring reliable dispersion, whiteness and opacity.

Choose DW1070 when

Printing and sealing come first.

  • The product is made by blown-film processing.
  • The film will be printed, heat sealed or laminated.
  • Dispersion and hiding performance must remain stable through film production.

Selection boundary

Do not select by TiO2 percentage alone.

Higher TiO2 content does not automatically mean a better fit. When printing, sealing or film dispersion is required, the formulation and process compatibility of DW1070 take priority over simple content-based cost comparison.

Processing reference

Validate the complete film system.

Processing recommendations must be adjusted to the customer’s resin, equipment and finished-product requirements.

Temperature: 150–160°C is the general blown-film reference range.
Equipment: Current target customers commonly use single-screw lines.
Pre-drying: Generally not required; reassess for special storage, resin or environmental conditions.
Trial: Confirm addition level, color, opacity, printing and sealing through application testing.
