With its excellent dispersibility, outstanding weather resistance and significant cost advantage, DW-1070 is widely used across PVC, masterbatches, polystyrene (PS), polycarbonates (PC) and engineering plastics. In PVC window profiles, pipes and rigid sheets it delivers durable whiteness and hiding power, with strong lightfastness that protects outdoor parts from yellowing over time.
Manufacturing Processes
Backed by excellent melt flowability and low shear viscosity, DW-1070 is compatible with virtually every mainstream plastics processing technique — injection moulding, blow moulding, blow-moulded tanks, thermoforming, blown film extrusion, BOPP film, extrusion lamination and non-woven fabric. Its stable viscosity profile helps reduce blockages and downtime, delivering consistent throughput and higher first-pass yield.
