Three PVC specimens were tested in parallel under ISO 4892-3 \u2014 (1) unfilled PVC with no TiO<sub>2<\/sub> addition as the negative control, (2) PVC with 3% reference rutile TiO<sub>2<\/sub>(616S), and (3) PVC with 3% DW-1070. Without any pigment, PVC undergoes rapid photodegradation: dehydrochlorination produces conjugated polyenes that drive \u0394E up to ~25.6 at 168 hr \u2014 visibly yellow and surface-damaged. Both TiO<sub>2<\/sub>-stabilized samples stay below \u0394E 1.3 over the same window, with DW-1070 tracking at or slightly below the reference (final \u0394E 1.18 vs 1.22).<\/p>\n  <figure
